Heidy O’Connor Garth
Heidy O’Connor Garth is the daughter of the late Bob O’Connor and President of the Bob O’Connor Foundation. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a B.S. degree in management and marketing and worked for Pappan’s Enterprises and C. Truxell Research as a marketing manager. Heidy was also the Director of Operations for Una Biologicals. She was involved in the Girl Scouts as a leader for 9 years, PTO President in the Woodland Hills School District for 9 years, and was involved in the OLWEUS Anti-Bullying Program.

Fr. Terry O’Connor
Reverend Terrence P. O’Connor was born on May 25, 1969, in Pittsburgh, PA, and grew up in the Squirrel Hill section of the city. He is the son of Bob and Judy O’Connor. His home parish is St. Rosalia in Greenfield. Fr. Terry was baptized at the age of 19. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991 and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994. Prior to entering Saint Paul Seminary in Pittsburgh in 1995, he was an attorney, mainly in the areas of criminal and personal injury law. Fr. Terry received a B.A. in Philosophy from Duquesne University in 1997 and a M.Div. from Saint Vincent Seminary, Latrobe, PA in 2001. He was ordained a priest of the Diocese of Pittsburgh in 2001 at the age of 32.

Marianne Volk
Marianne was born and raised in the city of Pittsburgh. She graduated from Bishop High School in 1970 and went on to attend CCAC and the University of Pittsburgh. She recently retired from Duquesne University having worked there for 18 years as a grant coordinator in the Office of Research. Marianne resides with her husband Tom in the Lincoln Place area of Pittsburgh and enjoys spending time with my family and five grandchildren.

Tammy Brooks
Tammy Brooks currently lives in New Homestead with her husband and 2 children. She graduated from Hampton High School in 1987 and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1990. She currently works for UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in the Neurosurgery Department. Tammy is also a committee woman for the 31st Ward of the City of Pgh. She’s been a friend of the O’Connor family for 17 years.

Wayne Kelly, born and raised in West Homestead and currently lives in Pittsburgh, was a friend of Bob’s for 30 years and an original member of the Delta Team during Bob’s political career. He graduated from Bishop High School in 1974 and went on to get a Bachelors degree in Deaf Education from the University of Arkansas in 1979. Wayne is dual certified in Deaf Ed and Secondary Mathematics Education and since 1981 been a teacher at the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf in Edgewood.

John R. Morgan
John R. Morgan received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Robert Morris University. He holds the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant certifications and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. John has spent most of his professional life in Governmental and Project Accounting, including stints with the City of Pittsburgh Controller’s Office, Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority, and Pittsburgh Public Schools. Other Board and Officer positions currently held are with the University of Pittsburgh Scottish Nationality Room, The St. Andrew’s Society of Pittsburgh, and the Pittsburgh Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution. He currently resides in the Highland Park neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife Sue and two Bengal cats, Tristan and Isolde.
